@united @swissairlines where is my luggage. It’s been 6+ days since my original United flight was cancelled, I was rebooked via Swiss, and I was assured my luggage would meet me at my international destination.

@joshearnest My @united flight from @EWRairport to Capetown, South Africa on Dec 23rd was cancelled after 3 hours of delays and 2 hours on the tarmac. First, I waited 2 hours on the phone with @united to get rebooked onto a Sat Dec 24th @FlySWISS out of @EWRairport to (1/10)

@united you cancelled my flight after 5 hours of delay and keep my checked baggage, then you rebook me 48 hours later assuring me my luggage will be at my destination, I’m now halfway across the world with none of my baggage nor any ETA on when I should be expecting it.SOLVE THIS
