It is true that legislative process be understood.
Most importantly by ZANU stupids who do not know the difference between Constitution of Zimbabwe and Constitution of Zimbabwe Amendment (No.20) Act of 2013.
Where Constitution of Zimbabwe is a Supreme Law and not a legislation and
Constitution Of Zimbabwe Amendment (No.20) Act of 2013 a legislation with only 3 (three) sections and a Schedule which contains the contents of constitution.
The constitution has 345 sections and 6 schedules.
The constitution in its Preamble, states that "We the people of Zimbabwe..." signifying the authors and
Constitution of Zimbabwe Amendment (No.20) Act of 2013 is clearly stated, "Enacted by President and the Parliament of Zimbabwe.
Referendum was held on 17 March 2013 and people accepted the draft constitution, before the bill that later on became Constitution of Zimbabwe Amendment (No.20) was there and the a notice publishing Bill 20 of 2013 came on 29 March 2013, attaching an already accepted draft constitution that went through referendum as Schedule to the Bill.
Senate and National Assembly voted 2/3 majority for Bill 20 to be Act and not constitution.
If that stick into your brains you will see light
CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG BUT, As I turn 43 this year, I have realised, as a man, no one cares about you. Not your wife. Not your family. Not your friends. Not your workmates. Nobody. People act like they care, but deep down, they don't. You are on your own. Always on your own.
What your testosterone level actually means.
1. Under 300 ng/dL — Clinically low. Fatigue, low libido, low mood are common. Worth seeing a doctor.
2. 300–400 ng/dL — Borderline low. Some men feel fine, others notice low energy and drive.
3. 400–600 ng/dL — Low-normal. The range many men over 40 fall into without realising it.
4. 600–800 ng/dL — Solid mid-to-high normal. Good energy, libido and recovery for most men.
5. 800–1000 ng/dL — High-normal. Common in younger, active, well-rested men.
6. 1000+ ng/dL — Above typical natural range for most adult men. Usually flags supplementation, not just lifestyle.
Get tested before assuming anything.
I wish I had the time to understand it all
Land rights differ across SADC
Botswana 🇧🇼 has land boards
South Africa 🇿🇦 had permission to occupy
Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 has sabhuku deals
Mozambique 🇲🇿 has DUATs
Zambia 🇿🇲 has customary tenure
If you truly did as you say and it moved the needle, then SA wouldn't be one of the most unequal countries in the world. The gini coefficient is so high (63-65%). About 80% of the economy is in the hands of the White minority. I don't want to bother you with the levels of corruption in SA. I won't dare touch local governance and poor service delivery. As for levels of unemployment, you know.
You guys have convinced yourselves that you are better than other Africans, you fight for your rights bla bla. You assume that others are not fighting. You believe that you are exceptional. But in actuality, you are just like us, other ordinary Africans. At the bottom of the barrel.
@Abramjee We have seen countless videos of hits being carried out. The shooter dont leave until he knows his target has been eliminated. And then he just adds an extra bullet or 2 for the sake of it. This was not an hit.
*Correction; it turns out there was another false start for this project in the 90s. Archives reveal, former Transport and Energy Minister Enos Chikowore conducted a high-profile groundbreaking ceremony in November 1999 for the ambitious Harare-Chitungwiza commuter railway line project.

@GeorgeCharamba2 is talking nonsense.
1. Harare used to be employment base for many. How many stories of people who could not raise bus fare from Harare to go back to Murehwa?
2. How many stories of people who became successful of selling tomatoes in Murehwa whereby those who went to look for jobs in Harare were compared with this tomatoes seller?.
3. George Charamba has been in government for over 40 years and government is not growing yet he hold the only post in government. If we want work where do go.
4. No everyone is farmer, or a miner yet we all have to feed families.
5. Many Zimbabwean in South Africa a house maids and garners and that is their skill.
6. Whether he is in Zimbabwe or in what ever land, he cannot become a Dr or Engineer because he is in South Africa.
7. If success is measured, it must be measured from potential and not just counting heads.
8. The fact that South Africans are complaining of losing their housemaid and Gardner's jobs such that the whole country must close shop must tell you the importance and value of housemaid and gardners' jobs.
9. There are people with companies, factories, farms employing general workers and the South African are not demanding the mines or farms neither are we seeing doctors or nurses in the street complaining for better wages.
10. What we see is the lowest skills competition.
11. Someone want to compare success of a Gardner to that of an Engineer or Dr. That is the short coming of his reasoning.
12. In an economy we will always have people of limited skills and when Zimbabweans are head counted the count the same as a graduate but the economy does not provide on his skill he move to where his potential can be utilised.
13. While South African may be violent, @matinyarare admit that the government respect rule of law. Even if we see these looming demonstration, I have faith in president @CyrilRamaphosa government than mnangagwa government.
14. 20+ years I have stayed here, I have never heard a government official who address citizen like @GeorgeCharamba2 .
15. Even if you are accused of offence, at least in South Africa the government official will not abuse with impunity. At least you can report him or her somewhere.
16. If someone is living in an area where there is no tap water, no functioning banking system, no electricity, no public health facility, no policing, no internet, no stable public transport, and you boast of success in such place. Then know for a fact that your success has lost definition.
17. Before cellphone came there were poor people. When cellphone came, it was a measure of worthiness but today poor people have cellphones without network or those to communicate with.
18. The fact people move from one place to another freely tell stories of what success means and success does not come because of place but because of opportunity to initialise your skill.
