This is pure and simple police brutality. An absolute over use of power. There are multiple strikes with shields, punches thrown and kicks to a person already under control.
Every one of those 'offices' needs to be suspended, investigated and possible sackings.

smiling, laughing, full of dreams and joy with his friends.

Then one night in Southampton he was stabbed five times.

Police believed his killer’s lie that he was racist… and handcuffed him while he lay bleeding out, repeatedly telling them he’d been stabbed and couldn’t breathe.

He died in police custody.
