@F1Help I had Access (monthly) but then within a month I opted to upgrade to Pro (annual). As your website advised to, I cancelled Access first, but now my account has TWO subs and I can’t access Pro content. I see MANY other users are having similar issues. Please help.
@FidoSolutions Please stop sending the link to the form that doesn’t work. The issue is that there is a service shadow in an area that Fido’s map indicates has coverage. Emergency alerts do not arrive here. This needs @CRTCeng attention.
@FidoSolutions@CRTCeng Despite several attempts to complete your form, it’s clear your verification system is not working. Regardless, the real issue is that Fido’s coverage in this area has a “shadow” and hence alert messages are not arriving. Other cellular carriers have installed “signal boosters”.
@FidoSolutions@CRTCeng I have followed the form link and successfully logged in 2x today. I receive no error and no confirmation message. I can access all my account settings so clearly something is working. If you are not seeing the result you need to see, please check your system. (Yes, iPhone 8+)
@FidoSolutions I have tried that for MONTHS with a variety of Fido support agents, but there’s never been a solution. Other carriers have solved it here, so should Fido. It’s time that the @CRTCeng look into this, given that Fido’s “service shadow” is now a potential life safety issue.
@FidoSolutions Despite being in an area that’s supposed to be LTE according to your coverage map, we only ever get 3G… and we didn’t get today’s Alert test. It would be most appreciated if you could correct this issue (Telus and Rogers customers do get LTE service in our area.)
@LeighHibberdine I was finally able to log in after a couple of days - As a paying customer I found that just a bit disconcerting. Unfortunately it seems the @GroupSpaces / @GroupSpacesHelp team doesn’t monitor or respond to messages here.
@GroupSpacesHelp Something may be wrong with @GroupSpaces… I’ve been trying to log in since yesterday and the site seems to stall and fail to load when trying to log in.

@CARROT_app@Matt_Sand I wondered about this, then I looked into the cost of getting weather info into you… Dark Sky info isn’t free! And Weather Underground is even further from free.
