The company is liable for the bad software update, and asking for paying ~₹12000 for the display just coz of scratches on the frame is simply preposterous. This is a 7 month old phone. #NothingOS2 #ScamAlert

@nothingindia @getpeid @nothingsupport The customer support and service center employee are offering paid repair even though the scratches are not affecting the display at all. We common folks aren't taken seriously. Please help @C4ETech @beebomco @TechWiser @Dhananjay_Tech @geekyranjit

So my cousin's Nothing Phone 1 got the OS 2 update caused the green tint and flickering issue and the service center denied to fix it coz of some scratches on the frame? The phone was fine but the OTA bricks the display and company wants us to pay to fix it now @nothingindia
