Let's say minimum wage is $10/ hour. Someone makes $20/hr or 2x the minimum. The minimum is changed to $20. Does that person get an increase to $30 to stay at$10/hr over minimum, or $40/hr to stay at 2X minimum? What about the those at $30

The separation of church and state was at the federal level, not the actual original 13 states.
