@Unclebarney1966@USADocumented There is pretty good case law stating consumers can not be reasonable held liable for small print of consumer purchases. Policy is just that, but doesn’t necessarily mean the consumer must agree to said store policy’s. Most people just don’t fight it.
@WillTobin13@barbarasageek@jared_shult Conservative Christians!!! Haha “generally” not opposed. Yes orange messiah needs a ball room. Yes Israel needs Medicare for all, yes we should increase defense spending by a trillion dollars, but we should “generally” feed kids at schools! GTFO with this non-sense.
@SMHCarolinablue@topazzcrapazz@minakimes My idea if full athletic budget caps. Travel, assistants, coaches, players, everything. You want to spend 50mil on a coach? Go ahead, but that is 50m less in your budget. All P4 has the same max budget. We will then see what the market actually thinks of it.
@louklein1@JayJDONDA@minakimes No they wouldn’t too much damn money involved. Just like every corporation, institutions and ncaa would just raise prices on everything else. No damn way they would cancel sports.
@johnvarlas@tn_jed1999@tatted_fit_ref This is an honest question. I get the “rule” on athletic scholarships, but truly what are they paying to be there? Tuition and Board at Baylor is 70k, but then there is aid. So how much are these athletes actually paying? I really don’t know the answer, and does TSSAA have that?
