Getting rest for days in advance, so I won't get a PEM flare up? No. I'm anxious. Afraid my doctor won't listen to the data I've collected or to me. Can't sleep.

Is it the LC or the ADHD or both? Double whammy.

Appointment went great. My PCP (GP) listens, understands Long COVID, doesn't gaslight. I forgot she's so great. She helped me find a new cardiologist who gets PAIS / LC / ME.

My heart goes out to those who are gaslit by doctors (like my ex-cardiologist). Be strong. 🫂
