@optimum - trying 2 lower a relative's bill & in order to make a name change on the bill to allow me to do that I was told I have to "Fax" a form in. I almost fell off the chair laughing. Maybe that is why the bills go up because your processes are from the late (1/2)

@TerraIncognita @LIRR I think the GCT should have started as just a shuttle (every 10 minutes from Jamaica). Trains to Penn are now every 30+ mins from hicksville during rush hour and packed. It's disgusting how detached they are from reality.
