And now @harrow_council social services are playing games with my health and safety. Appreciate services are stretched but my life and survival matters. ๐

It's been a while. A lot has happened in the intervening time. The world has changed as have many things in my life. More on that later. But somethings never change!
@bvaarcher @UkFalck @ImperialNHS Sorry you had to go through this @bvaarcher - unfortunately webare by far not the only ones to experience such an awful service. #Falck really have no idea what impact they are having on vulnerable people.
Dear @UkFalck why do your #patienttransport drivers choose to have personal conversations whilst driving patients? 1 driver talks to his wife & kids and adds 15 minutes to a already long journey because he missed the turning. @ImperialNHS#falck 1/
@ImperialNHS @UkFalck If you look through your twitter comms (at minimum) you will see there have been on going issues and communication with various people at both @UkFalck and #Imperial.
Yet again @UkFalck drivers show their complete disregard for patients. The attitude of the driver taking me home tonight left me feeling extremely vulnerable to the point I had to have my dad meet me at home to ensure my safety! @ImperialNHS when are things ever going to change?
How many official complaints need to be submitted to @ImperialNHS about #Falck#patienttransport for the many serious failings? Think I'm on 8 now since June. Even talking directly to Craig Smith COO of @UkFalck has seemed to have made little difference.
#Imperial & the COO of #Falck have both said that they agree that there are issues & training has/is being given - no evidence of this especially when much of it is subcontracted or zero hour drivers who come and go. Are they being given training too? @BBCHughPym@BBCLondonNews
@UkFalck God help patients if their non urgent #PatientTransport so called service is anything to go by. Control in Milton Keynes don't have a clue. Drivers unhappy and untrained. And ultimately patients suffer.
A big thank you to Shauna ๐ - The transport quality manager at @ImperialNHS who helped return my rucksack I left in the #patienttransport vehicle that dropped me home last night. I was pretty stressed out yesterday after a long day appointments and #dialysis today.
At least 14 patients waiting to go home at 7pm! Many finish #dialysis at 5:30pm. So much for the rule dialysis patients should only have to wait 30mins for transport home & be grouped together for coordinated travel. @ImperialNHS When is this mess called going to be sorted out?
Once again a royal cock up by @FalackUk #patienttransport. Driver arrived around 5:30 p.m. I had 13 minutes left on #dialysis I got out 6pm. No driver in sight.
Waited 15mins. Spoke to the coordinator said the driver should be on their way up.
15mins later still waiting
.@UkFalck always have sick and vulnerable patients waiting for extreme amounts of time. It's ok for them to keep us waiting but they can't wait a few mins for a patient.
I was eventually picked up at 7pm. As a #diabetic they are messing with my meal times and my health
