From 28 Oct to 11 Nov — 14 days delay & still asking 7 more working days! If my car had been stolen or damaged in this period, would @Policybazaar take responsibility?
On 5 Nov, your agent Mayank agreed to refund, but on 11 Nov I was told “no refund request exists.” Only after complaint, refund initiated.@policybazaar
