@MangMercy12519 Thank you! Yes, people report it. Two people in the same report "No light" and it shows on the map. The more of us on it, the more accurate it gets. Join free and help build it: https://t.co/iWI3khFfr7

Busy spots now load as you scroll #socialspot #socialspotng

[Lawrence @HrHCoolshegs]

We launched @socialspotng five days ago, and the most useful thing we have learned so far had nothing to do with our roadmap. The busiest places on the map this week are Kubwa and Gwarinpa and people are using SocialSpot within their community

73 street reports were filed in those five days (nobody asked for a single one)

It's been a case of someone reports that there is light on their street, or a checkpoint on the road, or fuel at a station, because somebody else might need to know

Own a lounge, restaurant, bar or gym? Have an event coming up in your city or a friend’s city? Find your spot on SocialSpot, claim your listing, and keep your details, opening hours and events up to date.

Your city. Your spot. Your story. For the people

We don’t just list places. We verify them.

Every spot we onboarded in Akure was checked by our team. That’s how Ondo went live with places people actually visit, not just names pulled from the internet.

Sometimes your group chat cannot tell you whether there is light on your street, which station has fuel, or whether the road ahead has flooded

SocialSpot is where what they know reaches you while it is still true.

We built the place where what others know can reach you while it is still true

@HrHCoolshegs @Shalom_HeyEliy @eureka_seamless @socialspotng This thought is why SocialSpot exists. Eleven days from first line of code to live in Abuja, Lagos and Ondo. Open it and tell us what’s broken.

It also grades your social life, A1 to F9. I’m still on an E8 🥲. Mine needs work.

[Adedoyin @Ade3az]

@HrHCoolshegs @Shalom_HeyEliy @eureka_seamless @socialspotng We set out to fix the fact that in a Nigerian city, the most useful information of the day belongs to whoever happens to be standing there.

We built the place where what others know can reach you while it is still true.

Come and try it out.
