Massive protest by BJP workers against Success School, Hyderabad, after a teacher allegedly assigned Kalma and Surah Al-Fatiha as homework to a Class 2 student.

Congress would never be part of such protests. Their silence only exposes them further.

My direct question to the Hyderabad Police, especially the DCP, Charminar Zone:

As per your own statement, the class consists of 25 students, of whom only one is Hindu and the remaining students are Muslims.

If the school is affiliated with the SSC Board and follows the SSC syllabus, under what authority did the class teacher assign the learning and recitation of the Kalma and Surah Al-Fatihah as a school activity, when neither forms part of the SSC curriculum?

What was the educational purpose behind this exercise? Was it an officially approved academic activity under the SSC syllabus, or was it conducted independently by the school?

If such religious instruction is not part of the prescribed SSC curriculum, how do the school management and the authorities justify this practice?

Finally, is the institution functioning as an SSC Board-affiliated school or as a madrasa? If it is an SSC-affiliated school, on what basis were these activities introduced?

These are legitimate questions that deserve a clear, transparent, and lawful explanation. I urge the authorities to conduct a fair, impartial, and time-bound investigation and place all relevant facts before the public.
