The untold story of 90s kids in Nepal.

Lost childhood to the terror of Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) and disgusting political activities. Teenage gone with the traumas of school and society. And now submitting adulthood to the pandemic, poverty, and unemployment.

Better days will come. Nepal will rise, heal, and thrive. 🇳🇵🙏

The untold story of Nepal’s 90s kids. 🇳🇵

We lost our childhood to the Maoist conflict and political unrest. Our teenage years were shaped by fear, trauma, and uncertainty. Then adulthood arrived with poverty, unemployment, and a pandemic. +

[Rosan🇳🇵 @sociocritic]

Our story is not only about what we survived. It is also about the strength, kindness, and resilience we carried through it all.

May this generation finally see a Nepal that is peaceful, prosperous, united, and full of opportunity. 🇳🇵

But here we are again—another disaster, another heartbreak, watching our own people suffer.

We grew up witnessing history. Honestly, we never asked for this much history.

Yet through it all, we have continued to stand, help, rebuild, and hope. +

[Rosan🇳🇵 @sociocritic]

I was in my early 20s when the 2015 earthquake struck. I watched my country break, rebuild, and slowly heal.

Then came the floods. The Gen Z protests. More uncertainty. More fear.

Every time, we told ourselves, “Maybe things will finally get better.” +

@DrSJaishankar @SGnepal As a Nepali, I have always respected India. 🇳🇵🇮🇳
In times of need, brothers stand together. Thank you, India, for standing with Nepal with essential relief, medicines and food. 🙏

@ShahBalen प्रधानमन्त्रीज्यू,

Nepal never gets the time to heal.
One tragedy after another, yet we keep standing, rebuilding, and supporting each other.

Stay strong, Nepal. My thoughts and prayers are with all flood victims, their families, and everyone helping on the ground. May Nepal heal and rise again.

Will you vote to make a 35-year-old youth the Prime Minister,
or will you vote again for those who have looted the country and its people for 35 years?

The choice is yours! #NepalElection2082
