Reverse engineered my AC, and vibe coded a lil status bar app so I don't have to find the remote every time.
No first world problem will remain unsolved in 2026.
every VC-backed tech company wants to hire a Head of Content right now.
the problem is that the best people in this space are incredibly difficult to hire, especially when many of them can earn significantly more money building their own businesses than working for yours.
so how do you actually convince someone like that to join your company?
i'll use myself as an example:
i receive 5+ job offers every week with some insane compensation packages, but my decision to stay at Flex goes WAY beyond money.
being able to learn directly from our CEO, our exec team, and some of the smartest builders in fintech gives me 3 things that are incredibly difficult to put a price on:
1) knowledge from people who have already built what i aspire to build
2) access to people and relationships that would otherwise take years to develop
3) a front row seat to what it actually takes to build and scale a $1.2B fintech
the value of these experiences will compound into something worth far more than whatever additional salary i could be making elsewhere.
and that's what most founders get wrong about hiring A-tier talent.
when every startup is willing to throw money at exceptional people, compensation alone isn't enough to convince them to join.
if you want to attract exceptional talent, you have to offer them something a bigger paycheck can't buy:
your time, your knowledge, your network, and the opportunity to learn directly from people who have already built what they aspire to achieve.
the next wave of founders will all be marketers
it's easier for a creative to learn to build than for an engineer to learn how to generate attention
building keeps getting easier and marketing keeps getting harder
Dear Prime Minister Ambani,
Please accept my humble apologies for not realizing that you are the real boss of India.
Naturally, you would prefer to maintain your monopolistic exploitation of the great people of India, but would you nonetheless consider allowing Starlink to compete?
There are many areas of India, as there are in all countries, with no Internet access, which denies children the opportunity for education and for small businesses the opportunity to sell their goods to a global market. Starlink would change their lives for the better.
Thank you 🙏

Here is a quick to-do list the GOI should consider, IMO:
1. Regime change operations are active in India—no one should doubt this.
2. Take things slowly, one step at a time.
3. Meta and X are the biggest toolkits being leveraged in this.

Agree with them or not, the way @CJP_for_India handled the Jantar Mantar protest and rallied the public is impressive.
With Saurav’s presence on X and Dhruv involved, they’re providing stronger competition to the Centre than Congress ever has.
In my view, they already know these kinds of demands won't stand in the High Court (Same with UGC).
However, the GOI is still pushing them to ensure their OBC vote bank doesn't shift toward Ravan.

Don't trap yourself in overly specific targets like "work at Microsoft" or "become an IAS."
Focus on core drivers instead—that way, you find fulfillment regardless of the specific job title.
My core driver? Earning well by solving complex problems that others can't touch.
India is doing what 1st world countries can only dream of:
solving everyday problems to make common lives easier. Kudos to the PM for fixing gaps we often take for granted.

Cancer drug prices in India could fall by 70% as the government plans to cap trade margins.
The move seeks to address excessive trade mark-ups and make some of the country's most expensive medicines more affordable.
People are trolling her, but I have a different view.
She has everything most women can only dream of, yet she’s still trying to build her own identity the right way. She isn't resorting to cheap controversy or hurting anyone’s sentiments.
This is real smash the patriarchy IMO.
UPDATE: My refund has been processed. I appreciate the prompt support from @Servify’s escalation team, particularly Ankit Rathor, in resolving this matter.
@p3sventures Laxmi Nagar reached out via email and successfully refunded the amount to my bank account.
Update: @ServifyHQ reached out yesterday to confirm my plan is canceled and that a refund is being processed back to my original payment method.
Considering their past record, this is a solid step forward. Just waiting on the funds to show up in my account now.

They're trying hard to overturn Ind. gov; see those dots.
Don't blindly follow BS teams w/ lots in common w/ other parties. Only hate BJP in name of saving country.
Even tho own dad's incompetence can't be covered.
