IMG has nicer facilities than us.

That's the only thing they beat us at.

They spend their money on buildings. We spend ours on the things that actually develop a kid: the athletes, the coaches, the academics.

In our schools, kids do 2 hours of personalized, mastery-based learning, learn 2x faster than a traditional school, and then spend the rest of the day on elite skill development.

Our basketball team, Dynamic Prep led by Jermaine O'Neal, is #1 in Texas, won the Overtime Elite Championship, and is ranked above IMG.

This is the exact conclusion we've had at Alpha School / Texas Sports Academy.

Putting AI chatbots in the classroom will completely wreck educational outcomes since kids will just use the chatbots to cheat.

Homework has become completely meaningless as kids are just using AI to do it.

Some ways we use AI in education is
- build a personalized curriculum for every student based on their strengths and weaknesses
- vision models to watch the student's screen and see when they're struggling/guessing
- anti-cheat that can immediately tell when a student uses a chatbot to answer a question

AI chatbots for academics are completely banned at all our schools.
