@LeonChaland Nobody asked the citizens what they want… I do have actively decided for the closed approach Apple is using… so I do NOT want all other companies to have access… I do prefer the closed approach… and I want the integrated Apple ecosystem…Why the EU thinks to know what’s best?

Mercedes, BMW, VW, Audi & Co sind aber nicht bereit!

Und genau deshalb gibt es Lobbyismus, damit möglichst lange FSD in Deutschland und möglichst vielen weiteren Ländern blockiert wird.

Man will die Technologie nicht, weil man so etwas selbst nicht kann - das ist der Wahre Grund.

First, the EU 🇪🇺 is withholding Tesla FSD from us and now they are doing the same with Apple’s Siri AI.

Technologies that make our daily lives better, safer and more comfortable are withheld by people who don’t give a damn and are too limited in their minds, so they use their power to ruin it for everyone.

Europe has become a place where innovation is not welcome, and European countries are falling further behind, while most applaud this development.

What happened? Why does the @EU_Commission keep withholding future technologies from us while pushing their own lame solutions like the wallet ID?

This continent has become all about surveillance, while their claimed safety is just talk and they simply don’t care.

Germany 🇩🇪 is at the top of it and has lost its way in leading innovation, while being arrogant and short-sighted. @BMV

I hope we, the people, can change this system and strive towards technological advancement.

Das sollte euch eigentlich interessieren, wenn euch die Sicherheit auf unseren Straßen wichtig ist.

Ich kann ja verstehen, wenn man die Sicherheitsstatistiken aus den USA ignorieren will – aber nun auch die der direkten Nachbarn?

Wie lange braucht ihr, um bereits aufbereitete Daten zu prüfen? Bei Personalmangel gebt Bescheid, ich helfe gerne aus. 👍

Es wird Zeit, dass die Dienstleister in den Behörden etwas für unsere Sicherheit und das Allgemeinwohl tun.

Oder gibt es triftige Gründe, warum FSD in Deutschland nicht zugelassen werden darf? 🇩🇪

@PSchnieder, hier wäre es doch wert, das System zu prüfen und freizugeben. Euer Ministerium hat schließlich das Mercedes Level-3-System freigegeben, das deutlich weniger konnte und für den Praxisgebrauch untauglich war. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ich bitte Sie inständig, diesen Sachverhalt zu prüfen und uns diese Technologie endlich in Deutschland zu ermöglichen.

Hier eine Erklärung für viele die nicht verstehen warum Siri AI nicht in die EU kommt.

Ich unterstütze Apples Herangehensweisen. Ich möchte nicht das andere Unternehmen mit ihren cloud Modellen einen tiefen Einblick ins System bekommen und Apple dafür sicherheitsschranken öffnen muss.

Die EU mit ihrem DMA wird Europa Jahre zurückwerfen was Digitalisierung angeht. 🤮

These are exactly the numbers FSD Supervised is all about! It’s not a gimmick. It is a serious safety feature that makes the roads a lot safer, not only for cars, but for everyone. It is especially safe and careful around pedestrians and cyclists.
Sure, it makes some tiny mistakes left and right, but that is why it’s still “Supervised”. Hunan drivers makes much bigger mistakes every singke day. If it were perfect in every situation (and perfection does not exist), it would be L4-L5 UNsupervised.

Die Siri/EU-Thematik ist noch absurder, als man vermutet hätte.

Es geht darum, dass Apple in der EU nicht starten kann, weil der DMA so ausgelegt wird, dass dann auch alle andere KI-Assistenten tief ins System dürfen müssten.

Und „tief ins System“ heißt hier:

Zugriff auf private Daten, Steuerung installierter Apps, Nachrichten lesen und senden, Dateien öffnen, Käufe auslösen, Aktionen in beliebigen Apps ausführen.

Apple hatte dafür wohl einen „Trusted System Agent“ vorgeschlagen: eine Art Sicherheits-Mittler, damit Drittanbieter-Assistenten Fähigkeiten bekommen, ohne direkt alles aufzureißen. Die EU hat das laut Apple abgelehnt.

KBA must act , they are intentionally delaying Tesla FSD supervised to give undue advantage to @MercedesBenz @BMW as they do not have any L2++ system for the German market as of today.
