@DoctorChrisVT Hi, I’m trying to limit ultra processed food and I wanted to ask, when a label says ‘Natural Flavourings’ what exactly does that mean? And can that phrase include preservatives/sweeteners? I’m looking for labels with ingredients I know but that one is so vague!
