@Yatra_Care I paid ₹7,854 (₹7,000 via voucher + ₹854 card). You deducted ₹5,119 in charges & showed ₹2,735 as refund. But I only got ₹705 back. Where did the ₹1,881 go? If voucher isn’t reusable or refunded, this feels like a scam. #Yatra #ConsumerRights

@YatraOfficial I cancelled a flight booked using a ₹7,000 gift card. Refund shown was ₹2,735, but I received only ₹705 to my card and ₹149 as Yatra Cash. ₹1,881 is still missing! I'm just asking to re-credit the gift card, not cash. Please resolve this. #Yatrascame

@Yatra_Care Such a disappointing platform. ist, they rollout offers, and the next day they change the tnc. On top of that, they charge a ₹440 convenience fee, while other charge only 300–360 at most. I don't see why people still use this. Think twice before using this service.
