Some of my hits this weekend at the School's Out Tournament in Brantford this past weekend. We lost in the semis, but will be better than ever next weekend at the Canadian Qualifiers! @NCSA_Softball@NCSA_CoachKK
My U15 Tier 1 team is playing in a U17 Tier 1 tournament this weekend. Saw the change up coming, and smacked it! Next game tomorrow morning! @NCSA_Softball@NCSA_CoachKK
Officially outdoors for practice now! Season starts in a few more days. Had fun at practice today working on plays! #ncsa#ncsasoftball#softball#catcher
College coaches are building recruiting boards years in advance. The athletes they eventually recruit are often the same athletes who showed initiative early.
Sophomore year emails should include things like:
β’ Your name, graduation year, and position
β’ GPA and academic interests
β’ Height/weight and key metrics (exit velo, pop time, throwing velocity, 20-yard dash, etc.)
β’ Your highlight video
β’ Your upcoming tournament or high school schedule
β’ Why youβre interested in their program
Make sure to list the important information first. Donβt make the coaches dig through fluff to find what they need.
