HEARTBREAKING UPDATE: Missing 10-year-old Jalayshia Alford has been found dead. 💔

The little girl who disappeared from her foster home in West Philadelphia was reportedly found overnight in the trunk of a vehicle at an apartment complex in Lindenwold, New Jersey, approximately 40 miles away.

According to law enforcement sources cited by The Sun, the vehicle belonged to a relative of Jalayshia’s foster mother.

Jalayshia was reported missing on October 26, but investigators have been trying to determine when she was actually last seen. Reports suggest it may have been as early as October 22.

Police and the FBI spent days searching for her, including searches of her foster home and surrounding areas. Investigators had already acknowledged conflicting accounts about her disappearance.

Her cause of death has not been released.

Jalayshia deserved so much better than this.
