The mission of The Painted Dog Conservation based in Zimbabwe is to create an ecosystem that nurtures and supports the survival of painted dogs in the wild.

Using funds from SPN’s previous event, the Soft Foot Alliance managed to solarize their entire office. This was a huge step for SFA because it created a direct path to quicker communication and more reliable resources.
Unfortunately, with current construction techniques, massive deforestation will be a devastating byproduct if these homes are built, and this is why the Soft Foot Alliance has created a solution.
Natural Building combines traditional and modern techniques by using natural resources that don’t destroy the land or ecosystem.

A mince-pie was interrupted this morning to rush out and relase a wilddog stuck to a tree with a wire snare!
Roof is on, floors are down and windows and doors are in and 40 000lts worth or rainwater tanks installed to harvest this amazing rain we are getting. We have 14000lts already collected to be used in the rammed earth building early next year! Keep following us as we develop
