🇺🇸Could you survive what U.S. special forces endure in the Arctic?

Elite free-fall operators just completed a daring test jump from 13,000 feet in Alaska’s savage frozen wilderness to push both the men and their new gear to the absolute limit.

The jump went well, but the brutal cold hit hard and fast.

Despite heavy layering, three soldiers had to be evacuated with severe hypothermia.

Melting snow for water takes forever, the body burns through calories just trying to stay warm, and exhaustion from lack of sleep and food causes performance to collapse quickly.

Leaders stressed that in that frozen hell you must constantly watch out for each other because the cold itself becomes as deadly as any enemy.
