दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट के जज जस्टिस यशवंत वर्मा के सरकारी बंगले में आग लग गयी. उनके परिवार वालों ने आग बुझाने के लिए फ़ायर ब्रिगेड को फ़ोन लगाया.

मामला हाइकोर्ट के जज के घर का था तो बड़ी संख्या में पुलिस बल भी आई. आग बुझाने के बाद सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से घर की जांच हुई तो एक कमरे में नोटों से भरा पहाड़ मिला.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट की कॉलेजियम ने दंड स्वरूप इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के लिए उनका ट्रांसफर कर दिया।

प्रश्न यह है कि जज साहब को अरेस्ट कर जेल क्यों नहीं भेजा गया।
क्या संगीन से संगीन अपराध करने वाले जजों पर संविधान लागू नहीं होता है।

क्या सुप्रीम कॉलेजियम का न्यायिक प्रणाली और संविधान के साथ क्रूर मजाक नहीं है।
आखिर नोटो की गिनती क्यों नहीं की गई।
जनता की आंखों में आखिर कब तक आप धूल झोंकेंगे।

अभी दो दिन पहले ही एक जज साहब ने कहा किसी महिला का वक्षस्थल छूना और कपड़े उतारना यौन उत्पीड़न नहीं है। यही हरकत उनके परिवार के किसी महिला सदस्य के साथ कोई करे तो उन्हें कैसा लगेगा।

प्रश्न ये भी है कि सर्वोच्च न्यायालय देश की प्रतिष्ठा को धूलधूसरित करके कौन सा खेल खेल रहा है।

What happened on Samay Raina’s show is being criticized and completely wrong i agree, but what’s openly available on platforms like ALT Balaji is equally concerning.

The statements made during India’s Got Latent may attract #legal consequences under various provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (#BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (#BNSS), and other relevant laws.

1️⃣ Offenses Under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS)

🔹 Section 294 – Punishes #obscene acts/words in public (🛑 Up to 3 months jail/fine).
🔹 Section 354 – Criminalizes words/gestures insulting a woman’s #modesty (🚨 Up to 3 years jail + fine).
🔹 Section 357 – Covers #defamation (⚖️ Up to 2 years jail, fine, or both).
🔹 Section 359 – Penalizes #intentionalinsult likely to provoke breach of #peace (⚠️ Up to 2 years jail/fine).

2️⃣ Online Content Regulation Under BNS

🔸 Section 354(4) – Prohibits publication of #sexuallyexplicit content online (⚖️ Up to 3 years jail + ₹5 lakh fine).

3️⃣ IT Act, 2000 & Digital Laws

📌 Section 67 – Punishes publishing/transmitting obscene material online (💻 1st offense: Up to 3 years jail + ₹5 lakh fine).
📌 (Struck down) Section 66A – Previously penalized offensive speech online (🛑 Discussed in #ShreyaSinghal case).

4️⃣ Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986
