Please bring strict law and order in place, people should be penalised strictly for littering, garbage throwing, urination ! If we are the 4th largest economy our infrastructure, roads and public places should reflect that right ? @AITCofficial @BJP4India @kmc_kolkata

@UC_Assist hey UC what’s the deal with you guys ! Whenever I try to book a massage in my area in South Kolkata, this is the message I get ! And I could book one in Dec beginning, but for the last two weeks this is the response I get !

@IndiGo6E I obviously then called up your customer care who then spoke to the kolkata team. Post which the kolkata team called up and said the bag will reach in half hour ! I have still not received a call from the delivery partner let alone the bag !

@IndiGo6E it’s so baffling that someone can be this clueless after I gave her my PNR number and flight details and she supposedly had all the information about the lost baggage in her system. I want action taken against her & the kolkata ground staff for the mental harassment

@IndiGo6E when I called the kolkata number, a girl called HEMI picked up and she was utterly clueless and said that they haven’t even received the bag physically,after that she asked me if I am enquiring about a bag or a wheelchair because there is information of a bag with them

@IndiGo6E yesterday your kolkata ground staff told me they couldn’t deliver the bag because there were no delivery partners available, and that the bag will reach me before 9 am today. Ofcourse that didn’t happen… contd..

@IndiGo6E your kolkata ground staff is apathetic, ill informed, badly behaved and plan lazy. They don’t pick up the phone ever ! When they do they have no information , infact they confidently share wrong information. Everything they say is a lie !

@IndiGo6E at 10 am the indigo kolkata staff called me and informed me that the bag will reach me in half hour. It’s been 2 hrs since then and no one from the delivery partner has called me !

@IndiGo6E still no sign of my bag !!! Your customer care cannot give me a time of delivery of the bag ! Your team at kolkata airport is not picking up the phone ! Wonderful service really !!!
