Hi @airasia, is there any representative I can speak with regarding a ticket date change. It is a special case where my father has met with an accident and cannot travel! We had booked the ticket with @makemytrip but they are not even ready to hear us out and kept on saying

Dear @Olacabs,
Your drivers do not want to turn on the AC if we book a Mini. Happened with me multiple times! Not sure exactly what’s going on! They just say “AC nahi hain”. If you are advertising Mini without AC you should mention it in the cab description!

I am not exactly Sure why @Uber_India allows cars whose Ac does not having! Having the same experience for 2 consecutive days! You just take the money but 0 service! Bad taxi service!

4. The air conditioning needs maintenance. It is extremely hot inside the airport. Not expected again.

Dearest Siliguri, its time Bagdogra airport needs to change its ways. Following points are of high concern:
1. Inspite of having such high footfall, there are only 2 security checkin counters for women.
2. How do you guys ask passengers to walk to the flight during boarding?

I mean seriously?? We are paying for flights and not any other cheaper means of transport. Buses are absolutely necessary
3. Please maintain your washrooms. Although the situation has improved now with newer section of airport but still needs more staff.
