Daniel was a trained Carpenter and hardworking farmer before he lost his freedom for five years. We use this medium to seek financial help for Daniel in every way possible.
He has four children and a peasant wife to cater for.

In the year 2022 alone, the court sat 5 times, notice was given to the Prosecutor’s office who failed to show up for once. Eventually, in October 2022, pursuant to our prayer, the court dismissed the case pursuant to Section 370 of the ACJA 2015.

As soon as the matter was re-assigned, we made it a point of duty to inform the Prosecutor’s office by mobilizing for the issuance and service of hearing notices.
We followed this up with a fresh application for bail on behalf of the Defendant. Bail was granted.

We immediately applied for the re-assignment of the case to another court of competent jurisdiction. Matter was eventually re-assigned in February 2022. By this time, Daniel had spent more than 4 years at Kuje Custodial Centre.
