This is the reply provided by @atherenergy for a service complaint. The customer service team called me yesterday and rudely asked some questions and closed the ticket without any valid reply. Very pathetic service done by the brand like Ather. Do the needful @tarunsmehta

@OlaElectric @bhash have to install Hyper chargers or Newly introduced Fast chargers instead of these Slow chargers at least u r own service centres @OlaElectric launched on 2021 and till now no charging infrastructure has been made for their valuable customers @olaownerskerala
