@Verizon are such liars. I never believe any one will get back to me after they waste hours of my life trying to resolve issues. (Also the original lie that got me to upgrade an account) I don’t care if other services are trash I’m going to dump Verizon

@Verizon @VerizonSupport you folks are dropping the ball left and right. Leaving is not what I want but ultimately what I’ll do. Changing requirements for promotions and not honoring the original/met requirements, store employees who mess up and don’t help fix the issues…
