@maplezealot@jkenney I see this stated so often, but Iโm curious who would want to attack Canada? We are traditionally peace keepers, not war mongers ๐คทโโ๏ธ
@freedombunkr My husband had his spinal fusion consult within 2 months and his surgery 1.5 months later. I guess it all depends on the severity and maybe where youโre located.
@lejeunesimon@Wealthsimple Thank you! Iโve just chatted with support and unfortunately you do not support โIn Trustโ accounts at this time it appears. Please let me know if I was advised incorrectly:)
@elmo43123@DavidColetto As a Canadian I canโt say I understand all of the complexities of the US system, but arenโt primaries elections within the political party itself to decide who will run for them? Like everyday Americans donโt vote in them only card carrying members?
@DimitrisSoudas@jbellava@JacintheEveArel@PressSec To be fair, prime minister Harper and the Canadian parliament faced an actual active shooter inside their parliament. Not the threat of one perhaps happening.
@MarcNixon24 Maybe Iโm ill informed but itโs my understanding that the section 232 tariff is only 10% of the tariff on lumber.
On the auto tariff, 15% would work out to 7.5% if there was 50% US content. Automakers have a 6% margin and would still lose money and this doesnโt include trucks.
@Bri_CJC@Gina_T1 I was not seeing that, I saw that a deal was possible but not that a deal was done. Canadian and US language around it were much different.
@EdCorrigan31633@acoyne Iโm sorry, Iโm not trying to nitpick you specifically but I read this often. Am I the only one that has heard very clearly from the us administration that they want ALL automaking in the USA? Theyโve been clear repeatedly no?
@CFIB Maybe a website could be made for those businesses so that Canadians can specifically purchase what they are selling to help keep them afloat over the near termโบ๏ธ
