@SnrHuevo @AaronBower Fair, but given how much talk there is over SL being too reliant on Wigan producing players the only way clubs can afford to run academies is that they know they will be in SL for a long time. P & R makes academies more difficult to run and a smaller player pool

@SnrHuevo @AaronBower They do need to be further down the path on youth development. I get Huddersfield and Hull FC have had shocking seasons but they both have academies that have consistently produced SL talent, a few of whom make up the current York side.

@SamTalksRL Yeah, they have been disastrous for metres made this season. I see that as more output of system v input. Bottom of league before last night, same for line breaks too. Granted they’ve had injuries. Asiata, Pryce, Lisone, Sao missed a combined 48 games. Leas potent down left too

@Tc451980 @Saints1890 He doesn't have a great error rate and he doesn't take a lot of carries for a wing his size but it's hard to not recognise his finishing is a LOT better than others they put there. I like Dagnall but think he's made some poor reads at times

@Alexron_19 @Tc451980 @Saints1890 That's fair but if you just take this season Feldt has gone 8 in 8. When Dagnall has played there this season he is 3 in 6. Bennison in the same position last year went 3 in 8 in SL. Even excluding Salford tries Feldt's tryscoring record is better.

@johnnyddavidson For me this is the main issue/criticism of the NRL takeover. There doesn’t seem like a lot of checks and balances. Rule changes have been done on a whim. Look at the introduction of 6 again. Not saying the alternative is better but it’s valid criticism.

@TrylineUK A massive chunk of their issue is how many of these guys aren't Aussies. Think they have two free quota spots plus Croft going for 3 so do have some room but they need to get domestic signings right too
