#skybroadband others have said it but if you know how, set your DNS to 8.8.8.8 to get going again.
iPhone settings > WiFi > click on the network ID > configure DNS > Manual > add server > 8.8.8.8 then remove the others.
@EE Got sorted after 1.5 hours on the phone. When I first rang I got a messsge saying 1 min wait time when it was an hour. Would be useful if that’s was accurate and updated whilst on hold?
