I know its COOL to hate on Tesla and SpaceX right now because their "overvalued"

But what the VALUATIONISTAS are missing is that these 2 companies are many years ahead at solving the world's hardest and most valuable HARDWARE problems

AI has made MOATs a hard thing to come by these days. Especially a MOAT that is many years in advance of its competitors

OpenAI and Anthropic had their "moat" crushed in a matter of months from the Chinese

SaaS companies are having their "moats" crushed by AI every other day

Companies we once thought were safe are no longer as everyones multiples are being compressed due to their moat lead being compressed

But Tesla and SpaceX are solving the hardest problems the world has ever seen: Energy, Autonomy, Robotics, Space, Connectivity, Compute

These are massive problems, that not only are hard to achieve but are extremely hard to scale. And not only does Tesla and SpaceX solve them, the do so with the ability to scale

And that's why both of these companies deserve huge premiums over any other company in the world. Because even if competitors wanted to compete, the couldn't. And even if they figure out how to solve the same problems Tesla and SpaceX are, they couldn't scale that solution

Almost no company has solved autonous driving like Tesla has, but even those who are close, can't scale to millions of vehicles like Tesla can

Almost no company has solved rocket launches like SpaceX has, but even those who are close, can't scale these rockets at the cost and reusability SpaceX can

Tesla and SpaceX don't need to prove that they are the most profitable or fastest growing companies in the world. They just need to prove that they can solve the biggest problems in the world

And if they can do that, investors can sleep at night owning the stock because they know that no one else in the world is insane enough and smart enough to compete with them

I too like to buy companies that are undervalued according to the numbers, but when you wrap your head around how hard and how big the things are that Tesla and SpaceX are doing, you realize that thats the most undervalued thing in the market

I remain bullish on both companies and will continue to buy dips while the market and the media fade @elonmusk and his company
