But TMO's and citing commissioners need clear evidence. I don't think its abundantly clear, other than the resulting injury and some speculation.

@CH3FU1 @jaredwright17 @TonyStuart55 @rugby_ap @CaptSpringbok Hard to say without diff angle... to me, seems like Siya's nose/face is in nape of Cane's neck. So his left cheek would be touching canes shoulder, and his right cheek would be touching Cane's head. But... not enough camera evidence, other than broken cheek I guess.
