It's time to transform @ManUtdWomen into a true elite force. The #InvestInManUtdWomen campaign outlines the exact goals needed to make the women's team ambitious.
✅️ Significant investment:Backing from Sir Jim Ratcliffe, @INEOS, Glazers and the club with serious resources,financial commitment and overall backing.

✅️ Player Retention: Competitive wages,proper development plans, and longer contracts to lock down key players and academy graduates, since we have a great manager in Eva Olid.

✅️ Structural Improvements:Dedicated training infrastructure at Carrington, elite sports science,medical and recovery teams ,data tools and a full coaching setup reset (not keeping some of Marc Skinner's technical staff)

✅️ Stronger Recruitment: A well funded strategy targeting proven WSL/UWCL level talent and high potential international players alongside an integrated academy pathway.

✅️ Commercial Growth:Increased matchday investment,better stadium experiences,dedicated sponsorship and equal branding alongside the men's team.

✅️ Governance & Leadership:A dedicated women's football director with budget control,transparent communication and multi-year strategic targets for consistent top three finishes.

✅️ Culture & Equality:Genuine parity in facilities,travel standards, support staff,welfare,and grassroots growth in Greater Manchester.

✅️ Higher Ambition & Long Term Vision: Moving beyond mere participants to become WSL standard bearers, UWCL contenders,and European powerhouses ahead of the club's 150th anniversary in 2028.

✅️ The @ManUtd shouldn't demolish Old Trafford, keep the seating capacity intact as the women's game is growing at an exponential rate once the new stadium is built. The 75K stadium can renovated slowly and used to generate revenue for the club through other clubs hiring .
Treat the women's team with the same seriousness as men's team.
