The first signs of heatstroke include:

⚠️dizziness;
⚠️nausea;
⚠️headache;
⚠️hot, dry skin;
⚠️confusion.

If you experience these symptoms, move to a cool place immediately, begin cooling your body, and seek medical attention.

How Can You Prevent Heatstroke?

When the air temperature rises above 30°C (86°F), follow these recommendations to reduce the risk of overheating:

💧Drink water regularly without waiting until you feel thirsty.
👕Wear light-colored, loose-fitting clothing and a hat.
🌳Avoid direct sunlight between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
👟Limit strenuous physical activity during the hottest part of the day.
🍏Choose light meals and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
❄️Whenever possible, stay in cool or air-conditioned places.
