@Apple Why are there TWO close buttons on Safari? The small one inside the typing area makes sense. Why is the big one on the right a close button instead of the natural send button? The number of times I type out a whole search then close it because of muscle memory is annoying.
@SafaricomPLC what is happening with the Mpesa App on iOS? It doesn’t show me names anymore when I am sending money, just the number. Even on frequently used contacts, it has removed all names just showing numbers. It also freezes quite often, needing me to close it and restart.
Is this legal in a residential area???

Surely, 42GB, 4000 minutes and 10k SMSs all gone without warning?

@Safaricom_Care Why has Safaricom Home Fibre become so unreliable in Ruiru? No internet all day, then back for one hour jioni, now we are back to red LOS? Less than a month ago, you guys kept us for two days without internet with the same story, ‘fibre cut’. So annoying!
@gmail why can’t I add a phone number for verification when creating a new account? I am based in Kenya and I have tried a brand new phone number, my personal number and friends numbers. All say they cannot be used to verify. Is there an issue with our carrier @SafaricomPLC
@uber_kenya Hello. I went on a trip on Sunday morning that charged me 900. I paid the driver 500 via Mpesa and gave him 400 cash. Two days later, I am informed that I did not make the payment and that I need to pay 900 again to be able to use the app. What the hell?
@Safaricom_Care We are back here again. Sunday afternoon to Monday evening, today 8am to 2pm, and now from 6pm again, no internet. Kaa mliamua watu wa Ruiru we don’t deserve to use internet, si mtuambie tu tuhame aki, ama shida yenu na sisi ni gani? Pesa yetu si poa kaa ya wengine?
@Safaricom_Care Almost 24hrs later, still no home fibre connection. Mobile data is also very slow and intermittent. Mnataka tufanye nini? Alafu agent wenu on 400 ananidanganya ati it was restored then mtu akaiba equipment 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
