How do we choose words to express ourselves?
Our thoughts are not determined by our language. Our thoughts are mixture of mental pictures, sounds and feelings. Language translates these into words. We delete, distort and generalize before we say anything.
Problems will disappear as soon as you stop blaming others and take responsibility of your own actions. Start making your choices and accept the consequences. Accept each learning of your actions and become better version of yourself each moment.
