@MGSupportIndia For the first vehicle they have offered a good will glass replacement and for the this one they are pushing on a path for an external impact and hence insurance claim even though they are not able to establish which impact.

@MGmotor - calling your cust care is also of no use and they are routing to the same service center. interesting one such windshield was replaced in my knowledge. N Attapur service center team was denying of any such case until I produced the customer details from MG riders club
