Its been almost a whole year, the refund of ₹19,490/- is kept on hold due to closure of bank account of deceased assessee. We are trying continously to appoint legal hier online, but the application is continously rejected being reason that its been more than a year from expiry

ITR filed on 25-08-2020, bank validation is done, since 16-03-2021 showing processed with refund due, but refund is not issued.
Kindly look into the matter.

Refund issued failed and on submitting refund reissue request, asking to validate bank account , on adding the same, bank account already added is being shown.

A demand rectification was requested to the department, concerned officer delayed it for already 3 months and now he doesn’t know how to do the same he will ask someone and then do the same.

In some place refund was granted on 115 minutes but on the other hend refund amount not credit in the bank after a month.

Once aging there is a question against the GST department.
RFD 05 issue but amount not credit.
