Hey @Manulife Most horrific customer experience to date with your Global Excel claim centre. 1. Totally unorganized service. Your team asks for the same documents multiple times. They also add multiple new asks outside original requirement 1/3

2. Zero empathy or reason applied - When customers are dealing with ailing family members, the double digit emails from you add monumental stress. When 3 letters from a hospital, a special form filled out by dr and supplied family doctor info is not enough 2/3
