@dee_bosa I think that’s why they have had an exodus of researchers and founders. They saw the writing on the wall that they didn’t have “it” for frontier research and someone was pitching selling the tokens.
Have you modeled out the balance of tax breaks to tax revenue? Hammond would benefit from hotels, restaurants, bars, condos, etc. All those new property and payroll taxes. For Indiana to invigorate a dying industrial portion of the state it’s a no brainer.
What’s the math for Illinois?
@DonnieDoesWorld If Chicago had the appetite it could have built a CTA spur from Roosevelt to the stadium many decades ago. Would solve 60% of the issues with Soldier. But they didn’t and they won’t
@GovPritzker So the sales taxes, property taxes from new establishments, employment taxes etc are not worth settling in property taxes for? Do you need someone in the state gov that can use excel?
@PFTCommenter Having seasons tickets for a team in another city is great. Tickets for friends, excuse to visit etc. But the best thing is box office prices for playoffs
@StevenCheah I’m looking at the flurry of extensions that seem high now as front offices getting wise to the old saying “prices only go up”. By extending earlier you save money even if it feels high now.
Basically the opposite of what Jerry Jones does
@ChicagoBears@lutherburden3 Admin- When your coach says that he is buying a 2nd year WR stock in OTAs, maybe have his jersey for sale and recommend it ahead of anyone after #3. Take to your web team and Fanatics please, thanks
@ChicagoBears@lutherburden3 Hey Luther-
Get on they ass about the Chicago Bears Shop.
Not only are you like 3 menus down in the player selector, your only Men's jerseys they are selling are make your own. I would hold out for this
