I have ordered a product and returned that last month due to poor quality(even i have proof) no refund initiated till now. I talked to customer care multiple times. They say I have not returned the product. Indicating me as a liar. Just for 724 Rs.

Another terrible exp @Flipkart. This serum shows 10 ml I had paid for 30ml. Even bottle looks old. No derma package box, as this bottle should be inside it. No return policy.
