After winning a not guilty verdict at trial several months ago in County Court, municipal charges based on the same Officer Tabitha Brown lies were dismissed yesterday. We are 100% successful in fighting tyrant Napoleonic Officer Brown's tyranny. Our client tried to report officers recklessly speeding through a crowded gas station without cause, but Brown refused to take the report and instead escalated the situation by trying to have him trespassed from the car wash. And this Officer is a rookie trainer?! Do better @ArlingtonPD!!

🚨Amagansett Press Walks Out With a $9500 Check: This Is What Happens When Police Act as Muscle for an Uncomfortable Postal Clerk Instead of Enforcing the Law
On Feb 22, 2020 at the USPS post office in Silverthorne, CO, Amagansett Press (Jason Gutterman) filmed in the public lobby as a First Amendment audit, citing USPS Poster 7 which allows news photography there.
Employees/customers objected.
Gutterman refused to leave, saying he needed to buy a stamp and demanding a written trespass order: “You either trespass me in writing now or I’m going back in.”
He insisted “call the sheriff” and that verbal orders weren’t a formal trespass.
Sgt. Rachel Dunaway and Officers Jacob Arneson & Kaelan Schartung (plus Summit County SO Sgt. Taylor Piper) ordered him out at the postmaster’s request.
No written trespass issued; no arrest.
Town of Silverthorne later paid Gutterman a $9,500 settlement.
Chief Minor said officers did what they thought was best at the time but the department might handle it differently next time.
❓If someone is recording in a post office and another person objects, does that qualify as a disturbance?
❓If a person objects to being filmed in a post office and causes a scene about it, who created the disturbance? --- Was it the person who was filming or the person who objected and then got loud and confrontational?
A retired eye doctor sued Gwyneth Paltrow for $3.1 million over a ski crash. She asked the jury for $1. She won the $1 and never got her legal fees back.
When his lawyer brought up her "very expensive vacation," Paltrow answered: "Well, I lost half a day of skiing."
February 26, 2016: Paltrow and Terry Sanderson collided on a beginner run at Deer Valley in Utah. Each said the other hit them from behind.
He said he broke four ribs and got a concussion that changed his life.
January 2019: he sued for more than $3.1 million. That claim was dismissed, and by trial he was asking for $300,000.
Paltrow countersued for $1 plus attorney fees.
In the video below, his lawyer presses her on the $1 under oath. Paltrow says: "It's an actual dollar that I'm asking for."
March 30, 2023: after less than three hours, the jury found him 100% at fault and gave her $1.
April 2023: both sides dropped the fight over her legal fees, and he agreed not to appeal.
Sanderson's side: a 76-year-old with four broken ribs walked away with nothing.
Paltrow's side: she said giving in to "a false claim compromised my integrity."
So did Paltrow win by asking for $1, or did a $3.1 million lawsuit cost her far more than that?
❓Why does the police response so frequently look like “we’re here to enforce what the caller wants” instead of “we’re here to assess the situation fairly”?
In June 2026, First Amendment auditor Bay Area Transparency visited the Atrium Building in Eugene, OR, including the Public Works area, to film and request public records/business cards in what he described as publicly accessible spaces.
Security told responding officers that the auditor had entered a staff-only area, refused to leave after being asked, and filmed inside offices.
Eugene PD arrived: “I’m Lieutenant Ware, badge 634.”
Other officers on scene included Officer Patrick Willis (badge 396) and Officer Matthew Grose (badge 616).
The lieutenant issued a 72-hour trespass from the building, explaining that staff said the auditor made the workplace feel "uncomfortable".
The auditor objected, arguing the order violated his First Amendment right to record in public areas and citing State of Oregon v. Murphy.
He maintained he was not in restricted space and that the security account was inaccurate.
Outcome: A 72-hour trespass was issued.
No independent news coverage or official EPD statement specifically addressing this interaction has been publicly released.
❓How would you grade the lieutenant's actions as a supervisor in this video? Did he supervise?
❓Did Lt. Ware seem more concerned with shielding his officers from being recorded than with whether a constitutional right was being exercised?
❓Why is the default response almost always to treat the caller’s version as accurate until proven otherwise?

‼️BREAKING EXCLUSIVE LEAK:
10/28 Microsoft Company Wide AMA Meeting LEAKED
“We are going to be global. And we are going to continue to bring global talent to the United States.”
“We want to recognize it’s super important we take care of the people (green card workers).”
This comes just 2 days after Microsoft asked nearly 60k of its employees to voluntarily resign in an effort to downsize.
The employee who leaked this clip of the meeting to me was one of many who have expressed concerns to me. Multiple Microsoft employees have told me they feel as though MSFT doesn’t give them the same amount of respect and care.
Many Microsoft employees are asking why H-1B workers aren’t the first to be cut during a downsize since MSFT claims none of the downsizing is performance based.
Employees are curious why American workers aren’t being put first in the United States.
