@myntra I see you have slapped a 299₹ convenience fee because I have high returns. I find it unfair as -
1) quantum not correct - return% mentioned on app is inflated.
2) no mala fide - My returns are due to errors in your cataloguing or fit issues.

In summary.
Received defective product twice
Didn't get due refund as promised by seller
Wrong cataloguing of product tantamount to cheating the customer with a inferior product
Need you guys to talk to me. And I need to be compensated fairly. For once

Just to set context. Ordered a dining table. first time, product had defects. Had to request return. Difficult to Pack it by removing legs one by one, tabletop etc.
Ordered 2nd time. Again defective.

Not to mention further time effort money that will be lost in redoing the glass top.
Circling back. The 2nd time defect was compensated with amount after deduction of bank offer. It's not done, seller should have paid up what is due compensation.
