@makemytrip @makemytripcare @Rajesh_Magow MMT has received refund from airline of my cancelled flight 20 days back. Despite following up insane number of times, i have not received my refund. Every time i connect, a new customer service person asks me to wait for 3-12 days.

@makemytripcare I didn’t receive any call back from the team. This is the problem with MmT. You dont care about customer post purchase.

@makemytripcare Replied over DM. My flight was on 9th march. I have been following up since 2 months. When we make a booking and payment is pending, MMT chases us in all ways to complete the payment. But if MMT has to refund, customer is asked to follow up again and again.

@Cleartrip is another useless portal. Why be in between when you can't understand customer concerns. This is pure foul play by @flyspicejet and you know it as well. Still not able to solve. Shouldn't @DGCAIndia guidelines be such that customer is not fooled.

@flyspicejet very disappointed !!! You have very smartly delayed the flight by 110 min instead of 120 min to avoid paying refund to the customer!!!
