@GreyhoundBus we have been waiting at the port authority bus station NY, for more than 2 hours now. Our bus is supposed to depart at 1:25am and now it’s 3:00am in the morning. There is still no update. How would we wait for the bus with no sleep in the midnight? CARE TO ANSWER !!

I shipped 5 boxes from Buffalo to NJ, the label was created through @lugless and was picked by
@UPS It's beyond frustration, I kept my patience for the whole 1 month. UPS found the 4 boxes after 1 month which they claimed that it's lost. The 5th is still missing.

I shipped 5 boxes from Buffalo to NJ the label was created through @lugless and was picked by @UPS and was supposed to ship by them. The label must be wrong which abrupted the process but now where is my packages? why are you guys not able to locate it?

why aren't you addressing my concern?
It's outrageous that you guys have misplaced 5 BIG PACKAGES and are not able to locate them. I haven't been assigned to a single person with whom I can update or transfer details. REPLY!!!

I've talked to 15+UPS reps over last 4 weeks & NOBODY was able to locate the 5 boxes I shipped (Buffalo to NJ) on 14 Sep. After paying the full delivery fee & getting the confirmation email, UPS needs to ATLEAST help me find them so REPLY TO ME! #UPS #UPSers
