@YatraOfficial my case is eligible for a refund as per the airlines policy as the flights were cancelled by United Below is a screenshot of the conversation with United airlines CC. When I called them they said that you have not even initiated the refund from them. Act fast.

Even after repeated reminders I have not heard anything from Yatra regarding my refund. Below are the details I need the refund asap as it's been more than 3 months now.

@HardeepSPuri We appreciate your efforts to help distressed citizens but the reality for us is that VBM doesn't have sufficient number of flights to take us all back to USA. On 30th the tickets were sold out within minutes. Please open international flights to start with from 1 or 2 airports.

Infants, children, pregnant and single women. Been crying for flights to USA. Some drove for >20 hours by road in phases 1 & 2 compromising safety & security, in desperation due to limited flights/seats & reasons above.
