And can shut off the immune response in infected cells.
And now, we find that the SARS-CoV-2 PLpro can also drive sneezing, which can spread viral particles.

@holly_gildea@kingcada I’ve used Mitomycin C when differentiating iPSCs to neurons and have seen it used with primary sensory neurons. It takes ~4 days to kill off anything that’s not post mitotic.
Generally though, I want the glia around in my primary neuron cultures to keep the neurons healthy!
