First day of class @LakeMichCollege and my first day in a face-to-face classroom since March 2020! So excited to be with students. Let’s see if I remember how to do this… 🥴😂
Courtesy note to vendors: if you re-send your note to me to "bumping it to the top of my inbox" or attempt subterfuge to imply we have communicated before when we haven't, you are getting blocked.
Drive thru graduation was amazing. Seeing the reaction of students, especially first gens, getting to drive across the “stage” with their families and loved ones was incredibly special. And getting to yell and be silly was a nice change! ...the wind though 🥴🤣
I’ve had so many of these Berrien 5th Year E/MC students in class! So proud of this cohort and all of our students graduating tomorrow. Fly high, Red Hawks! ❤️🦅🖤

@MCCACSS@MIColleges I love the stories I am hearing from my Adjunct Faculty: The success stories they are having with students, the innovation they are trying in the classroom, and the genuine concern they are showing for students. I am deeply proud to call them a part of my team! #MiFacultyLead
@ericaorians @MCCACSS Yes! And to create programs that respond to the needs of our local business and industry. Shout out to Lake Michigan Vintners - @LakeMichCollege
@MCCACSS The variety of voices in a classroom are what makes Community Colleges so great. And the voices help those adult learners! Our classrooms are microcosms of society. #endCCstigma#CommunityCollegeMonth
